Project Quotes

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Projects begin once payment has been received and all required materials have been provided by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply all required logos, images, branding assets, and content.

  • Review work promptly.

  • Approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Maintain ownership or proper licensing for all submitted materials.

Project delays caused by missing client materials may affect delivery schedules.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments are due according to the proposal or invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Monthly services are billed in advance.

  • Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current.

Eleven Matrix reserves the right to suspend ongoing work for overdue invoices.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise specified.

  • Eleven Matrix retains ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts, unused designs, templates, proprietary systems, development frameworks, and internal tools.

We reserve the right to display completed work within our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party platforms or software, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify

  • Mindbody

  • Vagaro

  • Fresha

  • Stripe

  • Google Services

  • Meta

  • Twilio

  • OptiSigns

  • Canva

  • Other third-party providers

Eleven Matrix is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing updates, outages, security incidents, or discontinued features of third-party providers.

All website content including:

  • graphics

  • logos

  • icons

  • videos

  • designs

  • layouts

  • animations

  • text

  • source code

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Marketing Results Disclaimer

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice according to their service agreement.

Fees already earned or incurred prior to cancellation remain payable.
